The Federal College of Agriculture, Ibadan (FCAIB) stands as a beacon of agricultural education in Nigeria and West Africa. Established in 1921, the institution has a rich history that traces back to 1899 when Moor Plantation was founded as a model farm for rubber propagation and agricultural improvement.

Today, FCAIB is home to five academic schools offering over 25 accredited programs in agriculture, engineering, science, and management. Our commitment to excellence has produced thousands of skilled agricultural professionals who contribute to Nigeria's food security and agricultural development.

The college's motto, "Agricultural Education For Self Reliance," reflects our dedication to empowering students with practical skills and knowledge that enable them to become self-sufficient and contribute meaningfully to society.
